Terms of Use and Service

These Terms of Use and Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BUSINESS.fi (“BUSINESS.fi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing access to and use of the BUSINESS.fi website, accounts, applications, APIs, databases, reports, subscriptions, business-information services, business-intelligence services, communications, and related products and services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing, browsing, creating an account with, purchasing from, subscribing to, ordering, paying an invoice for, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company, organization, partnership, sole proprietorship, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

These Terms incorporate the BUSINESS.fi Privacy Policy and any applicable order form, subscription terms, service description, invoice terms, acceptable-use rules, API terms, or other terms expressly incorporated by BUSINESS.fi.

2. Business and Professional Use

BUSINESS.fi is a business-information, business-intelligence, and professional-services platform.

Accounts, subscriptions, paid Services, commercial reports, APIs, and other commercial Services are offered for business, commercial, entrepreneurial, organizational, or professional purposes and not for personal, family, or household purposes.

A natural person may use or purchase the Services where that person is acting in connection with their trade, business, craft, profession, employment, office, entrepreneurial activity, consultancy, or other professional activity.

This includes, for example, a person acting as:

• a sole proprietor;
• an entrepreneur;
• an officer;
• a director;
• an employee;
• a consultant;
• an adviser;
• a contractor;
• a professional representative; or
• an authorized representative of an organization.

A person does not need to be incorporated or represent a separate legal entity to qualify as a business or professional user.

3. No Consumer Offer for Commercial Services

BUSINESS.fi does not offer its paid accounts, subscriptions, commercial APIs, or other commercial Services for predominantly personal, family, or household use unless BUSINESS.fi expressly states otherwise for a specific Service.

By creating a commercial account, placing an order, commencing a paid subscription, or purchasing a commercial Service, you represent and warrant that:

1. you are acting for business or professional purposes;
2. the transaction is connected with your trade, business, craft, profession, entrepreneurial activity, employment, office, or organization;
3. you are not acquiring the Service predominantly for personal, family, or household purposes; and
4. where you act on behalf of another entity, you are authorized to do so.

BUSINESS.fi may rely upon these representations when entering into a transaction.

BUSINESS.fi may request a company name, business identifier, professional email address, billing information, or other reasonable evidence of business or professional status.

Publicly accessible portions of the BUSINESS.fi website may nevertheless be viewed by persons who do not maintain a commercial account.

If mandatory law determines that a user is legally a consumer notwithstanding the user's representations or intended classification, any non-waivable rights granted by that mandatory law remain effective solely to the extent they cannot lawfully be excluded or modified. All remaining provisions of these Terms continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority applicable to you if higher to create an account or purchase a paid Service unless BUSINESS.fi expressly permits otherwise.

BUSINESS.fi may refuse registration, subscription, or service to any person or entity to the extent permitted by law.

5. Accounts

Certain Services require an account.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• providing accurate business or professional information where requested;
• maintaining current contact and billing information;
• maintaining the confidentiality of credentials;
• restricting access to your account;
• securing devices used to access the Services; and
• all activities occurring through your account.

You must promptly notify BUSINESS.fi if you become aware of unauthorized access or compromise.

BUSINESS.fi may require additional verification, authentication, or security measures at any time.

BUSINESS.fi is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use caused by your failure to protect credentials, authentication methods, devices, or access.

6. Limited Right to Use the Services

Subject to these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, BUSINESS.fi grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the applicable Services for lawful internal business or professional purposes during the applicable subscription or access period.

No ownership interest is transferred to you.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by BUSINESS.fi.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Except where expressly authorized by BUSINESS.fi in writing, you may not:

• access the Services unlawfully;
• interfere with operation of the Services;
• bypass access controls;
• attempt unauthorized access;
• misuse credentials;
• probe or test vulnerabilities without authorization;
• introduce malicious code;
• reverse engineer protected software;
• decompile or disassemble protected software;
• circumvent technical restrictions;
• scrape or systematically extract data;
• reproduce substantial portions of databases;
• create a competing database using BUSINESS.fi content;
• resell or redistribute Services or reports;
• provide unauthorized third-party access;
• use automated tools in excess of permitted interfaces or API limits;
• copy substantial portions of BUSINESS.fi content;
• remove proprietary notices;
• misrepresent BUSINESS.fi data as your own;
• use the Services to violate the rights of others;
• use outputs to facilitate unlawful discrimination;
• use the Services for fraudulent or deceptive purposes; or
• assist another person in doing any of the foregoing.

Ordinary indexing by generally recognized public search engines in accordance with BUSINESS.fi technical instructions is not prohibited merely by this section.

BUSINESS.fi may establish additional technical limits, usage limits, rate limits, download limits, and API restrictions at any time.

8. Business Information and Third-Party Data

The Services may contain or rely upon information supplied or derived from government authorities, public registries, companies, third parties, customers, data providers, news sources, publicly available websites, automated systems, and other external sources.

BUSINESS.fi does not warrant that such information is complete, current, accurate, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.

Information may be delayed, incomplete, inconsistent, incorrectly associated, mistranslated, outdated, duplicated, or otherwise inaccurate.

You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying upon it for a material decision.

9. Ratings, Risk Grades, Scores, Analytics and Automated Outputs

BUSINESS.fi may produce ratings, risk grades, scores, rankings, summaries, analytics, predictions, classifications, recommendations, derived information, and other automated or analyst-assisted outputs.

Such outputs represent opinions, estimates, models, classifications, or informational assessments; may change without notice; may depend on incomplete or inaccurate source information; may involve automated processing; do not guarantee future events, solvency, creditworthiness, performance, reliability, or legal compliance; and must not be treated as the sole basis for a material decision.

BUSINESS.fi has no duty to update an output continuously unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. Not Professional Advice

The Services are provided for informational and business purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separately executed written agreement, BUSINESS.fi does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, auditing, insurance, regulatory, or fiduciary advice or services.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice where necessary.

11. No Consumer Reporting Services

BUSINESS.fi is not intended to operate as a consumer reporting agency.

BUSINESS.fi business-information products are not intended to constitute consumer reports for determining an individual's eligibility for personal credit, insurance, employment, housing, or another personal, family, or household purpose regulated under consumer-reporting law.

You may not use BUSINESS.fi information for a legally regulated consumer-eligibility decision unless BUSINESS.fi expressly authorizes that use in writing.

12. Subscriptions

Paid Services may be offered on recurring subscription plans.

Unless an applicable order expressly states otherwise:

• subscription fees are charged in advance;
• subscriptions continue for the selected billing period;
• recurring subscriptions automatically renew for successive billing periods until cancelled;
• BUSINESS.fi may charge the applicable payment method upon renewal;
• cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid period;
• amounts already charged are non-refundable except where BUSINESS.fi expressly agrees otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise;
• unused time, capacity, searches, credits, reports, API calls, or features have no cash value; and
• failure to use a Service does not suspend or cancel payment obligations.

You are responsible for cancelling a subscription before the applicable renewal occurs.

BUSINESS.fi may change pricing, included features, limits, plan structure, or subscription terms for a future billing period.

13. Orders and Invoices

Where BUSINESS.fi permits payment by invoice:

1. the due date stated on the invoice controls;
2. if no due date is stated, payment is due fourteen (14) calendar days after the invoice date;
3. payment must be made in full without setoff, counterclaim, deduction, withholding, or reduction except where required by law;
4. you must raise invoice disputes promptly;
5. a dispute concerning part of an invoice does not excuse payment of undisputed amounts; and
6. BUSINESS.fi may suspend or restrict Services while any amount remains overdue.

Failure to receive, open, review, or internally route an invoice does not eliminate the obligation to pay a valid amount when due.

14. Late Payments

Any amount not paid when due may accrue interest or a late charge from the due date until payment at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month, or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you are also responsible for reasonable costs BUSINESS.fi incurs in collecting overdue amounts, including collection-agency charges, administrative costs, court costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees.

BUSINESS.fi may suspend, restrict, or terminate paid Services for non-payment without liability for losses caused by such suspension, restriction, or termination.

Reactivation may be conditional upon payment of all outstanding amounts and any applicable reactivation charges.

15. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for applicable sales taxes, use taxes, value-added taxes, goods and services taxes, withholding taxes, duties, and similar governmental charges, other than taxes imposed directly upon BUSINESS.fi's net income.

Where legally required, BUSINESS.fi may collect taxes in addition to the stated price.

Where a reverse-charge, self-assessment, or similar mechanism applies, the customer is responsible for performing its obligations under the applicable tax rules.

You are responsible for providing accurate tax, business-registration, and billing information.

16. Payment Processing

BUSINESS.fi may use third-party payment providers.

Your payment transaction may therefore also be subject to a payment provider's terms.

BUSINESS.fi may change payment providers, require a valid payment method, obtain payment authorization, retry failed payments, charge amounts properly due under an active subscription, and restrict Services if payment fails.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact BUSINESS.fi in good faith concerning a disputed charge before initiating an improper chargeback or payment reversal.

A chargeback, card dispute, payment reversal, or similar action does not eliminate an otherwise valid contractual debt.

BUSINESS.fi may suspend accounts associated with unresolved chargebacks or payment reversals and may recover amounts lawfully owed.

18. Intellectual Property

The Services and all related intellectual property are owned by BUSINESS.fi or its licensors.

This includes, where applicable, software, source code, object code, interfaces, designs, layouts, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, documentation, reports, compilations, data structures, scoring systems, methodologies, models, databases, classifications, derived information, proprietary analytics, APIs, trade secrets, and other materials.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of BUSINESS.fi intellectual property to you.

The BUSINESS.fi name, logos, product names, and related marks may not be used without authorization.

19. Database and Data Restrictions

Facts originating from public sources may independently exist outside BUSINESS.fi.

These Terms nevertheless govern your contractual use of the compilation, organization, presentation, enrichment, selection, derived information, technical interfaces, and databases made available through the Services.

Without written authorization, you may not systematically extract BUSINESS.fi content to construct, enrich, train, operate, or maintain a competing commercial database, search service, company-information service, intelligence service, scoring service, rating service, artificial-intelligence system, or other competing product or dataset.

20. User Content

As between you and BUSINESS.fi, you retain ownership rights you lawfully possess in content you submit to the Services.

You grant BUSINESS.fi a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable right to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, modify, format, analyze, back up, and otherwise use submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the Services, administer your account, enforce these Terms, comply with law, and operate, maintain, develop, and improve BUSINESS.fi.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit the content and permit such processing.

21. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, recommendations, feature requests, corrections, or other feedback concerning BUSINESS.fi or the Services, BUSINESS.fi may use that feedback without restriction or compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you grant BUSINESS.fi all rights necessary to use, modify, commercialize, incorporate, disclose, and otherwise exploit such feedback.

22. Privacy

Use of the Services is subject to the BUSINESS.fi Privacy Policy.

Information may be processed, stored, transmitted, mirrored, replicated, backed up, or remotely accessed internationally, including in the United States and countries outside the European Union and European Economic Area, as described in that Policy.

23. Changes to the Services

BUSINESS.fi may at any time add, remove, or modify features; alter interfaces; replace technology; change suppliers, infrastructure, or data sources; modify limits; change product names; discontinue products; introduce or remove paid features; or otherwise modify the Services.

BUSINESS.fi has no obligation to maintain any particular functionality indefinitely unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

24. Beta, Experimental and Preview Features

Features identified as beta, experimental, preview, early access, trial, test, development, or similar may be incomplete and may contain errors.

Such features may be modified, restricted, reset, or discontinued at any time and are provided entirely at your own risk.

25. Service Availability

Unless BUSINESS.fi expressly commits to a service level in a separately executed written agreement, no uptime, availability, response-time, recovery-time, support-time, data-recovery, or performance commitment applies.

The Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, equipment failures, software failures, third-party failures, network failures, attacks, security measures, governmental action, force majeure, upgrades, data-source interruption, infrastructure changes, errors, or other causes.

BUSINESS.fi does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent availability of any information or feature.

26. Suspension and Termination

BUSINESS.fi may suspend, limit, restrict, or terminate access where BUSINESS.fi reasonably considers it appropriate, including because of non-payment, suspected fraud, security concerns, abuse, breach of these Terms, legal or regulatory concerns, excessive resource use, technical risks, third-party requirements, data-source restrictions, or discontinuation of a Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUSINESS.fi may also discontinue a Service or terminate an account or commercial relationship for legitimate business reasons.

Upon termination, rights granted to you under these Terms cease except for provisions intended to survive termination.

Where BUSINESS.fi elects to provide a refund, credit, or other compensation following discontinuation of a prepaid Service, that refund or credit may constitute your exclusive remedy concerning the discontinued portion of the Service.

27. NO WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” “AS AVAILABLE,” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS.”

BUSINESS.fi expressly disclaims all warranties and representations, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, security, uninterrupted operation, compatibility, quality, correctness, timeliness, and results.

BUSINESS.fi does not warrant that information is error-free; data is complete; third-party information is correct; any rating or score predicts future events; the Services will satisfy your requirements; the Services will always be available; errors will be corrected; data will never be lost; security incidents will never occur; or use of the Services will produce any particular commercial outcome.

You use and rely upon the Services entirely at your own risk.

28. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You are solely responsible for evaluating whether the Services and information obtained through them are appropriate for your purposes.

Any business, credit, investment, contractual, commercial, procurement, compliance, due-diligence, or other decision you make using information obtained through BUSINESS.fi is your decision.

BUSINESS.fi is not responsible for actions you take or fail to take based upon the Services.

29. EXCLUSION OF DAMAGES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUSINESS.fi AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, SUPPLIERS, DATA PROVIDERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, REPUTATION, OR EXPECTED SAVINGS; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF INFORMATION; LOSS OF DATA OR ACCESS; REPLACEMENT-SERVICE COSTS; OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE UPON INFORMATION, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER BUSINESS.fi WAS ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES MIGHT OCCUR.

30. MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF BUSINESS.fi ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES, THESE TERMS, ANY SUBSCRIPTION, ANY REPORT, ANY DATA, ANY RATING, ANY SCORE, OR THE BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN YOU AND BUSINESS.fi SHALL UNDER ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY COMBINED NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO BUSINESS.fi FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE DIRECTLY GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

If you have paid nothing for the applicable Service, BUSINESS.fi has no monetary liability to you except to the extent a minimum liability is expressly imposed by law and cannot lawfully be excluded.

The limitation applies collectively to all claims and is not increased by the number of claims, incidents, users, accounts, theories of liability, or proceedings.

The parties expressly agree that the prices charged for the Services reflect this allocation of risk.

31. Essential Basis of the Agreement

The warranty disclaimers, damage exclusions, and liability limitations contained in these Terms form an essential basis of the agreement between you and BUSINESS.fi.

They apply even if a limited remedy fails of its essential purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

32. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BUSINESS.fi and its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your content, your violation of these Terms or law, your infringement of another person's rights, misuse of your account, your unauthorized resale or redistribution of information, your decisions based upon the Services, or use of the Services for a purpose BUSINESS.fi has expressly prohibited.

BUSINESS.fi may control the defense of a matter subject to indemnification.

33. Third-Party Services and Data Sources

BUSINESS.fi may depend upon third-party products, infrastructure, data, registries, websites, software, networks, payment providers, APIs, or other services.

BUSINESS.fi is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, accuracy, security, terms, performance, interruption, discontinuation, or changes of third parties.

Failure or withdrawal of a third-party system, source, database, API, provider, or network does not create liability for BUSINESS.fi except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

34. Force Majeure

BUSINESS.fi is not responsible for delay, interruption, loss, or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, severe weather, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, epidemics, governmental actions, sanctions, power failures, telecommunications failures, Internet failures, cyberattacks, denial-of-service attacks, infrastructure failure, supplier failure, data-source failure, cloud-provider failure, payment-network failure, or other force-majeure events.

35. Modifications to These Terms

BUSINESS.fi may modify these Terms from time to time.

The current version will be made available through the Services.

Changes may become effective when posted or at another date specified by BUSINESS.fi.

Where applicable law or a separately executed written agreement requires advance notice of a particular change, BUSINESS.fi will provide such notice to the extent required.

Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the fullest extent permitted by law.

36. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Services, these Terms, a BUSINESS.fi account, a subscription, an invoice, a transaction, BUSINESS.fi data, BUSINESS.fi ratings or scores, a BUSINESS.fi report, or the relationship between you and BUSINESS.fi shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Any mandatory law that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected solely to the minimum extent required.

37. Exclusive Jurisdiction and Venue

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you irrevocably agree that any judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts and waive objections based on venue, inconvenient forum, domicile, residence, or similar grounds.

38. WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EACH PARTY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.

39. CLASS AND REPRESENTATIVE ACTION WAIVER

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLAIMANT, OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, PRIVATE-ATTORNEY-GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

No court may consolidate claims of different users except where BUSINESS.fi expressly agrees or applicable law requires otherwise.

40. Limitation Period

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms must be commenced within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim.

A claim not commenced within that period is permanently barred.

This provision does not shorten a limitations period that applicable law expressly prohibits the parties from shortening.

41. Electronic Contracting and Communications

You agree that agreements may be formed electronically; clicking an acceptance button or checkbox may constitute your electronic acceptance; electronic records may satisfy writing requirements; invoices and notices may be delivered electronically; and BUSINESS.fi may retain electronic evidence of your acceptance.

You consent to receiving contractual, administrative, transactional, billing, legal, and service communications electronically, including by email, account messages, dashboard notices, website notices, and other electronic methods.

You are responsible for maintaining valid and current contact information.

42. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from BUSINESS.fi.

BUSINESS.fi may assign or transfer its rights or obligations, in whole or in part, in connection with an affiliate, restructuring, financing, acquisition, asset transfer, intellectual-property transfer, merger, sale, corporate reorganization, or another business transaction.

43. No Partnership or Fiduciary Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, franchise, or exclusive relationship between you and BUSINESS.fi.

44. No Third-Party Beneficiaries

Except where expressly stated, these Terms do not create enforceable rights in any third party.

45. Waiver

Failure by BUSINESS.fi to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

A waiver is effective only if expressly made by BUSINESS.fi.

46. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

Where legally permissible, an invalid provision will be interpreted or modified as closely as possible to achieve its intended commercial and legal effect.

47. Interpretation

Headings are for convenience only.

Words such as “including” mean “including without limitation.”

References to “written” or “in writing” include electronic writing where legally effective.

These Terms will not be interpreted against a party merely because that party drafted them.

48. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order, subscription agreement, service-specific terms, or separately executed written agreement, constitute the entire agreement concerning their subject matter and supersede prior or contemporaneous communications concerning that subject matter.

If a separately executed written agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the separately executed written agreement controls to the extent of that conflict.

49. Order of Precedence

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, in the event of a conflict, the following order of precedence applies:

1. a separately executed written agreement expressly overriding these Terms;
2. an applicable order form;
3. service-specific terms;
4. these Terms; and
5. other general website materials.

Marketing materials, sales descriptions, demonstrations, screenshots, or informal communications do not amend these Terms unless expressly incorporated into a written agreement.

50. Language

These Terms are prepared and maintained in the English language.

English is the official, authoritative, and controlling language of the agreement between you and BUSINESS.fi.

If a translation is made available and there is any inconsistency, ambiguity, discrepancy, or conflict between the English version and a translated version, the English version controls to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

By entering into a commercial relationship with BUSINESS.fi, you confirm that you understand the English version sufficiently to enter into the agreement or have obtained any translation or professional assistance you consider necessary before accepting it.

51. Survival

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, database restrictions, confidentiality where applicable, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, governing law, jurisdiction, dispute provisions, and accrued rights.

Notices to BUSINESS.fi must be delivered through the legal or contact channel designated by BUSINESS.fi through the Services unless another method is expressly required by an applicable written agreement.
