How do I connect a company to my BUSINESS.fi account?
Sign in to BUSINESS.fi, open Company search, and find the company by name or Business ID. Open the company profile and choose the claim or company-connection action.
Owner tools become available after your email is verified, the company claim has completed successfully, and the account has an active Basic-or-higher subscription.
What do I need to manage a company profile?
Profile editing requires a verified BUSINESS.fi account, confirmed management rights for the company, and an active Basic, Pro, or Accountant subscription. Basic is the minimum tier for company-profile editing.
Which company-profile details can I edit?
The current profile-management view lets a confirmed company owner maintain the website, public contact email, and phone number shown through BUSINESS.fi.
Official core information sourced from registries is kept separate from company-maintained BUSINESS.fi additions, so not every registry field is editable through the profile form.
How do I remove a public email address or phone number?
Open the profile editor for a company you manage, clear the public contact email or phone field, and save the changes. This changes the BUSINESS.fi-maintained public contact detail; it does not delete source data held by an authority registry.
Can I reply to reviews about my company?
Yes. A user with a verified BUSINESS.fi account and a confirmed claim to the company can reply to reviews published in the company's Company Social Center. The owner reply is displayed with the review.
