How are BUSINESS.fi plans billed?
Basic is also presented with a €12/month reference price, but it is always billed annually at €120/year. Pro and Accountant can be selected with monthly or annual billing.
The billing view shows the selected billing period, subscription status, and the next renewal when one is scheduled.
Which payment methods can I use?
Self-service subscriptions use BUSINESS.fi's secure online checkout. The checkout page shows the payment options currently available before you confirm payment.
Contract-customer invoicing can follow a separately agreed process. Contract invoicing is not a general self-service payment option for every account.
Do BUSINESS.fi prices include VAT?
BUSINESS.fi plan prices are displayed excluding VAT. Any applicable VAT is handled according to the relevant tax rules and billing details, and the tax treatment is shown as part of payment or invoicing.
Where can I see my subscription status and next renewal?
Open the BUSINESS.fi billing view while signed in. It shows the active subscription, billing period, current-period end, next invoice or renewal when scheduled, and the current renewal state.
How do I cancel a BUSINESS.fi subscription?
An active subscription can be cancelled from the billing view. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and the view shows the effective cancellation date once it has been set.
